Draculaura has long straight black hair with blunt bangs and pink streaks. Her skin is pale pink with soft pink eyeshadow, pink lipstick, and a pink heart on her left cheek.
She is wearing a one-shoulder dress with a wide pink waist, pink back, and a black front with a skullette & heart print. The print features vampire skullettes accompanied by big pink polka dot hearts, drippy pink heart outlines, small white hearts, and bat-wing hearts that are green or blue.
Pink accessories include a bat-wing heart headband, bracelet, and pumps with bat-wing heart ankle straps. Draculaura does not include a doll stand or brush and lacks articulation at the elbow and wrist.
