Electrified – High Voltage Frankie Stein

Frankie has long crimped hair that is white with streaks of black, yellow, and blue. It is held in a high ponytail with a lightning encrusted band that is translucent pink. She has yellow eyeshadow, pink eyeliner, and hot pink lips.

Her sleeveless dress has a black bodice with multicolored lightning stripes. The skirt is black with colorful crisscrossed lines embellished with lightning bolts. At the waist is a translucent pink peplum and the hem is trimmed with a neon yellow tulle.

She accessorizes with one yellow and one neon pink lightning bolt earring. Around her neck is a translucent yellow lightning scarf. Wrapped around her left forearm is a blue lightning wrap amd on her feet are translucent yellow wedges. The shoes have hex nut accents and lightning straps that wind up her legs.

Sitting in her right hand is a translucent yellow Znap figure. When Frankie’s right arm is raised she emits one of four types of lights and sounds.
