Ghostly Tea Party Lagoona Blue

Lagoona has blonde hair with turquoise highlights held in a ponytail with a turquoise sea flower clip. She has pale turquoise skin, turquoise eyes, light purple eyeshadow, freckles on her cheeks, and light pink lips.

Her outfit features a pink tiered ruffled top with a black tulle neckline and black trim. The dark green pencil skirt has a print with green octopuses, coral pink fish, and other aquatic designs. On her feet are translucent pink shoes with ankle straps.

Lagoona has two tea time accessories. She has a translucent pink floating tea cup with a stirrer and a pink dessert. The dessert sits on a tiered stand that is translucent black and dripping.
