Monster Fest Lagoona Blue

Lagoona Blue has long wavy blond hair with light blue and lavender stripes on each side. Her metallic blue lips accentuate light blue freckles on her pale pink complexion. Her hazel eyes have blue and pink eyeshadow.

She wears a shimmery skirt and pink flower belt over a blue coral reef-inspired swimsuit. On her feet are black bubble heels over hot pink mesh socks. Pearls are also draped around her legs.

Lagoona Blue carries a pink purse shaped like a seashell that holds her Monster Fest poster, Monster Fest ticket, and Admit 1 bracelet. She also has a deep-sea burger she can wash down with a tentacle drink.
