Lagoona has long yellow blonde hair with light turquoise streaks. A portion is pulled to the back and her bangs form a side swept curl. She wears purple eyeshadow, salmon pink lipstick, and below her left eye are three green starfish.
Her sleeveless dress features two different prints separated by black outlines. One print is turquoise with green aquatic plants and the other is salmon pink with green dots and fan-like scales.
She accessorizes with a coral pink arm wrap made up of tentacles and turquoise ankle-strap wedges with decorated with pearls and starfish. Her masquerade mask is coral pink stars with bubbly starfish accents.
