Frankie has straight black & white streaked hair that is pulled back on top. Makeup features purple eyeshadow and pink lipstick. She has stitches on one cheek, grayish-white skin, raised stitches on her arms, legs and neck, silver neck bolts, and lacks articulation at the elbow and wrist.

She is wearing a cute dress with a blue sleeveless top and an asymmetrical skirt. A black & white houndstooth print with skullette accents decorate the skirt. Around her waist is a silver double belt adorned with rivets and a lightning bolt buckle. On her feet are black Mary Jane platform pumps with double straps.

Frankie comes with four additional dresses. The first two are simple sleeveless dresses. One is light blue with a yellow neckline and a shredded hem. The other is yellow with a light blue neckline and a v-hem. The third is a pink one-shoulder dress with an asymmetrical hem. Completing the collection is a one-shoulder dress with pink trim and a black & white print filled with cogs, gears, and skullettes.
