Dot Dead Gorgeous Lagoona Blue

Lagoona will be swimming in complements when she arrives at the polka dot dance. She is wearing a sleeveless aqua blue dress that is trimmed in black and covered in a pattern of beautiful bubbles with rows of blue kelp.

Separating the top of the dress from the skirt and its pink tulle overlay is a blue belt with a pink starfish buckle. Her translucent pink shell shoes each have a white pearl attached to the toe strap.

Additional trappings for the outfit feature a white pearl earring, a string of pearls earring, two pink necklaces, a blue necklace, a white charm bracelet, and a pink headband with an open clamshell containing a white pearl. On one arm is a blue mesh arm warmer and her purse is a translucent orange sand dollar with dangling kelp. She also has a black & teal iCoffin phone and a blue clamshell makeup case.
