Generation 3 Lagoona Blue

Lagoona Blue has long flowing hair dyed blonde, lavender, and light blue. She has brown eyes with a light blue shadow and light blue freckles. Her pink skin transitions to blue as it nears her feet.

She wears a hot-pink hoodie with mesh sleeves, a scaled hood, and seahorse graphic. Tie-dye bike shorts with frills at the hips finish the look.

Her accessories start with a black hair band, white hair clips, and mismatched earrings. She has a sea monster-inspired waist bag and on her feet are pink and blue platform sandals with “monster” decorating the straps.

A pink seashell bag can carry her fish scale swimsuit, sunglasses, cell phone, and a carton of fish flakes. For a snack, she has a water bottle and a bag of Kelp Krisps.

With Lagoona is Neptuna, her pet piranha.
