Originally sold out in 2020, Mattel has re-released the Grady Twins who are inspired by characters from the 1980 movie The Shining.
Each girl has brown hair accentuated by an axe barrette. Their pale skin is enhanced by brown eyeshadow and pale lips.
The girls have matching outfits that consist of a blue babydoll dress with white dots, white lace trim, sheer sleeves, a pleated bodice, and a pink bow around the waist.
Sheer stockings and a pair of black platform Mary Janes with green hedge maze-inspired heels complete the look.
Additional accessories include a red key to room 237, a page from Jack’s typewritten manuscript, and a yellow tennis ball.
Specially designed packaging recreates the iconic scene from the Overlook Hotel’s hallway featured in the movie and has a “second release” sticker on the package to differentiate it from the 2020 release.
Included with the dolls are doll stands and a certificate of authenticity.
