Draculaura has long pig-tailed hair that is striped pink and black. Her pale pink complexion is complemented by purple eyes, fanged red lips, and a heart on her cheek.

She is wearing a flared top with white sleeves and a white upper half decorated with pink hearts and a bow. The rest of the top is pink with black accents, yellow buttons with crisscrossed lines, and a black hem.

Her pants are yellow with pink polka dots. Completing the look are light pink pumps with black toe boxes. The ensemble is inspired by Draculaura’s signature outfit from Wave 2.
