Draculaura has long pink hair with streaks of black and yellow. Her hair has bangs and is pulled into a high ponytail. Her skin is light pink with pink tentacle designs around her eyes. Protruding from her back are translucent yellow bat-wing fins. From the waist down she has the body of a black squid with yellow spots and batty accents. At the end of her squid body are knobby tentacles separated by translucent pink webbing.
She is wearing a strapless black top decorated with rows of pink and yellow dots reminiscent of tentacle suckers. The top has a sweetheart neckline and a v-hem with pink trim. Yellow accessories consist of a tentacle necklace and a winding tentacle bracelet.
Draculaura’s wing-like fins are glow-in-the-dark and she is able to stand on her tentacles. She does not come with a brush or doll stand.
