Frankie has black, white, and blue striped hair that is pulled into a ponytail. Her skin is light aquamarine with lightning cracks on her neck and forearms. Her forearms also have cutout fins. From the waist down she has the tail of an eel. The tail is a bumpy teal with yellow lightning bolt markings. Light blue wing-like cutout fins are at her hips and blue fins are at the tip of her tail.
She is wearing a lovely blue top with frilly blue mesh sleeves, a v-hem, and an aquatic print. The print features yellow seaweed and light blue tentacles. Around her waist is a black eel belt.
Frankie’s wing-like fins are glow-in-the-dark and she is able to stand on her tail. She does not come with a brush or doll stand.
