Lagoona’s hair is yellow blonde with streaks of pink and blue and is pulled into an off-center ponytail. She has pale blue skin and webbed fingers. Protruding from her back are translucent blue cutout fins with a wing-like appearance. From the waist down she has the body of a sailfish that is dark blue and scaled. Decorating her hips and upper fish body are yellow squiggly lines and a pink crescent with a serrated design. Her tail fins are translucent blue with small cutouts and swirled tips.
She is wearing a high neck crop top top that is a deep blue with a pattern of interconnected squiggly pink starfish. Translucent pink accessories include a beaded bracelet, a wavy clam shell belt, and an elaborate statement necklace. The necklace has a flower pendant and multiple strands of beads that wrap around her torso.
Lagoona’s wing-like fins are glow-in-the-dark and she is able to stand on her tail fins. She does not come with a brush or doll stand.
