Toralei has amazing orange hair with black stripes that is pulled into a tight ponytail which allows her ears to poke through. She has light orange skin with a darker patch on her face.
Her fingers are webbed and fanning out from her back are narrow wing-like orange fins with black outlined white stripes. From the waist down she has a lion fish body that is orange with black and white tiger stripes. Her billowy translucent tail fins are half orange and half black.
She is wearing a sleeveless black top that features pink and green splatter with spiny tentacles. Complementing the top is a translucent green tentacle necklace.
Toralei’s wing-like fins are glow-in-the-dark and she is able to stand on her tail fins. She does not come with a brush or doll stand.
